The workshop will take place at the National Institute for Astrophysics, Optics and Electronics (INAOE), located in Tonantzintla, a small town in Cholula, in the outskirts of Puebla. Puebla is an important colonial city, located at 100 km to the east of Mexico City. Puebla has many attractions, including a very beautiful colonial center, a UNESCO World Heritage Site; as well as an exquisite cousine.
